Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Currently we only fulfill shipping orders within Canada. We ensure that each package is wrapped and packaged appropriately to avoid damage to your collection. Due to the increased costs of shipping candles we can only offer free shipping on orders that are $75 or more. However, for orders below that we have a flat rate shipping cost across Canada of $15.

Occasionally orders get damaged in the shipping process. In the case of damaged goods in the shipping process, we will send out your order again, free of charge.

If you are a local customer we offer free delivery or pick up! Currently we only deliver in Halifax, and Dartmouth, occurring every Saturday.
If you are interested in delivery and you believe you may not be within this area, please contact us and we will try our very best to make arrangements!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want each and every customer to be satisfied with their order. Therefore you will have 14 days from receipt of your order for us to make it better with a full refund, and 30 days from receipt for an exchange.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to return your product, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your product. Please note that we can only accept lightly used candles for full refunds. Lifestyle items must be in the same condition they were received.
